The Director, Decision Support and Analysis plays a critical role in facilitating data-driven decision-making within the organization. This position is responsible for the development and management of data analytics, reporting and decision support tools to support the strategic goals and operations of the organization.

Strategic Partnership & Decision Support

  1. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify organizational goals and challenges
  2. Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making and long-term planning
  3. Evaluate financial and operational impacts of proposed initiatives

Reporting & Business Intelligence

  1. Design and maintain dashboards, reporting systems, and business intelligence tools
  2. Deliver timely, relevant information to stakeholders including executives and regulatory bodies
  3. Define and track KPIs related to data quality, reporting accuracy, and system effectiveness

Data Analysis & Insight Generation

  1. Analyze healthcare data in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  2. Identify trends and develop actionable insights to improve: Patient outcomes, Operational efficiency & Financial performance

Data Strategy & Governance

  1. Support the development and implementation of a data strategy
  2. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity in alignment with organizational goals

Continuous Improvement

  1. Foster a culture of continuous improvement in data-driven decision-making processes

Additional Duties as Assigned

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors required in related field;
  • Experience: 7 years in data analytics, reporting and decision support, 2+ years in healthcare and 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • A combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required skills and knowledge may be considered

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Masters preferred

Use of personal protective equipment, including respirators, environmental conditions may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.
