As a Security Officer Bike Patrol Driver in Stockton, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

    Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor the location for maintenance issues, policy violations, suspicious activity, and/or unusual conditions, and communicate relevant information to property management and Allied Universal leadership.
  • Support daily property operations by assisting with visitor directions, answering routine questions, and helping to address security-related matters in a professional manner.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Able to ride a bike is required.
  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
