This fully remote Recruiter role focuses on identifying and securing top talent in Emerging Technology and Material Science fields. You will manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, ensuring a smooth hiring experience while working collaboratively within a small recruitment team. Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving workforce growth by building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline without any travel requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates for both technical and non-technical roles in emerging tech and material science
  • Screen resumes to identify qualified talent efficiently
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms to attract candidates
  • Evaluate candidate skills and experiences thoroughly
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process while collaborating remotely
