Overview
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Lead Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will oversee plumbing projects, lead a team of skilled plumbers, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety on every job site. Your expertise will help us deliver reliable solutions to our valued customers while maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Duties

  • Lead and supervise plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance projects across commercial and residential sites
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing work
  • Coordinate with construction teams to ensure plumbing systems are integrated seamlessly into building projects
  • Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks using hand tools and power tools with precision and safety
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications
  • Manage heavy lifting tasks and perform remodeling or maintenance work as needed on various plumbing systems
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to HVAC systems, piping, and related mechanical components

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction plumbing, including pipe threading, welding, and schematic reading
  • Strong knowledge of construction site procedures, safety protocols, and building codes
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding apparatus
  • Experience in field service work, remodeling projects, or handyman roles is a plus
  • Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or confined spaces as required
  • Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred
