About the Role:

The Emergency Services Specialist I - Contents plays a critical role in the construction industry by providing expert response and recovery services related to property contents affected by emergencies such as fire, water damage, or other disasters. This position focuses on assessing, documenting, and managing the restoration and cleaning of contents to mitigate loss and facilitate efficient recovery for clients. The specialist collaborates closely with property owners, insurance adjusters, and restoration teams to ensure that all contents are handled with care and restored to pre-loss condition whenever possible. This role requires a thorough understanding of emergency response protocols, contents handling techniques, and safety standards to protect both the property and personnel involved. Minimum Qualifications:
