Description

The Project Manager will oversee multiple technology enablement initiatives supporting a large-scale integration program. This individual will independently lead projects through the full lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.

Responsibilities include:

Developing business cases, charters, project plans, and governance documentation.

Managing cross-functional stakeholders and project teams.

Coordinating vendors, testing activities, and deployment readiness.

Driving project communications and organizational change management.

Tracking project milestones, risks, budgets, and deliverables.

Presenting project status to leadership and steering committees.

Ensuring successful execution of enterprise technology initiatives.

Key Projects

Mobile Fusion / Manufacturing Project

Currently in proof-of-concept and testing phases.

Vendor management and stakeholder coordination.

Support testing, deployment readiness, and go-live activities.

Passwordless Authentication Initiative

Implementing passwordless access for manufacturing operators.

Goal is to reduce password reset volume and improve employee experience.

Currently moving from concept phase into formal project execution.

Rebates Program Integration

High-visibility project involving Finance, Commercial, and IT teams.

Supports audit remediation and process standardization.

Requires significant stakeholder management and change leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Senior Project Manager who can "hit the ground running."

Self-starter with strong initiative and accountability.

Comfortable owning projects end-to-end.

Strong personality capable of holding their own with Commercial, Finance, Operations, and IT leaders.

Experience in manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments is highly preferred.

Culturally aligned with a collaborative, relationship-driven organization.

Projects they'll be impacting: Ideally someone who has worked on similar projects, but less emphasis on technical execution and more on driving delivery, coordinating stakeholders, managing change.

This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
