Are you ready to launch your leadership career in warehouse operations? Lineage's Operations Management Trainee Program is an immersive, hands-on development experience designed to prepare high-potential individuals for future leadership roles within our operations network.

What You'll Do

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Logistics, or a related field; OR equivalent experience, including at least two years of relevant civilian or military experience.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic warehouse environment, including cold-storage and temperature-controlled settings.
