Job description

Intern Responsibilities:
  • Support the UNC Health enterprise safety and security division by evaluating safety, security, and emergency management policies and procedures at each of the UNC Health system hospitals, utilizing technology to identify similarities and differences, and recommending standard policies to be applied across the health system.
  • Communicate directly with hospital safety and security leaders to identify best practices and entity-specific security needs for incorporation in standard policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Preferences:
  • Strong organizational skills, familiarity with Adobe, ChatGPT, and Co-Pliot are preferred.
  • Enrolled in an associate or bachelor's program preferred.
