Job description

Experienced Embroidery Operator
The Embroidery Operator produces high quality embroidered products (primarily hats) using industrial embroidery equipment. Responsibilities include:
- Operating Tajima embroidery machines to complete embroidery on hats and other materials
- Performing basic machine maintenance and ensuring proper use of embroidery tools and supplies
- Conducting quality checks to confirm products meet company standards
- Maintaining a clean, organized workstation to support safety and efficiency
- Partnering with team members to meet daily production goals
Requirements:
- 2+ years of embroidery operating experience
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements, maintain close visual focus, and work in a medium noise environment
- Strong attention to detail
