Job Summary


The Embroidery Operator is responsible for producing high-quality embroidered products, primarily hats, using industrial embroidery equipment. This role requires technical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain and operate Tajima embroidery machines in a fast-paced production environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate Tajima embroidery machines to complete embroidery projects on a variety of materials, primarily hats.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure proper use of embroidery tools and supplies.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area to support efficiency and safety.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Physical Demands

  • Perform fast, repetitive movements with hands and arms.
  • Work safely with sharp tools, industrial machinery, and equipment that may emit steam.
  • Maintain close-range visual focus for precision work.
  • Tolerate a medium-noise environment and use required safety equipment.
  • Frequently lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Regularly squat, kneel, bend, stoop, crawl, twist/turn, grasp, and reach overhead and outward.
  • Sit, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours per day.


Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of embroidery or related production work.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail; ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency in quality.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Schedule: The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am until 5:30 pm.
