Pay Grade Range: $23 - 30.25/hr

As our Foil Moll Machine Operator, you will:
  • Conduct regular quality checks on the folded and glued products to ensure they meet customer specifications and company standards.
  • Follow proper work flow procedures to accurately create designed customer foil or emboss imprint
  • Keep work area clean and tidy and regularly check quality of work being output
  • Make adjustments as needed to make ready to meet sign off quality control
  • Review shipping requirements and adhere to standards
  • Manage new and used inventory and perform PMs on machinery
  • Adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures
  • All other duties as assigned

What it takes:
  • Must be able to occasionally lift 65lbs, stand/walk for 12 hours, and push/pull 1100lbs with use of a manual pallet jack
  • Must be able to work in varying conditions, specifically with hot machinery
  • May be exposed to liquid chemicals and vapors
  • Ability to read and understand written instructions
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Mechanically inclined
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Technical training with printing concentration preferred
  • 2+ years' experience with machine operator or mechanical work preferred
