Overview
As an Embedded Firmware Engineer at Lutron, you will contribute to high-stakes projects from the start. Your efforts will help to maintain our market position as the global leader in smart lighting and shading systems.
Working within a collaborative, cross-functional team, you'll help bring innovative consumer products to life by tackling real engineering challenges using your skills in real-time operating systems, microcontroller programming, and designing algorithms and data structures.
You'll grow through direct mentorship from industry experts, building hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle with a clear path forward deepening your technical expertise while gaining leadership skills through your projects and development as an integral part of the team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree earned
  • 0-3 years' experience in a related field
  • You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future. Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position
  • Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week
