Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Embedded Software Engineer where you will be responsible for software and firmware development for new products. This role involves developing from the ground up, primarily using embedded C++. You will work on projects utilizing a 32-bit microprocessor.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement software and firmware for new products.
- Program primarily in embedded C++.
- Work on projects utilizing a 32-bit microprocessor.
- Engage in full-cycle embedded software development.
- Collaborate in a safety-critical environment, such as medical device or aerospace industries.
- Incorporate Board Support Packages into project development.
Essential Skills
- 5+ years of embedded software development experience.
- 5+ years of recent RTOS experience, preferably with QNX or Free/Safe RTOS, but experience with TI/BIOS, uCOS is acceptable.
- 5+ years of experience with embedded C++.
- 1+ year of experience in a safety-critical environment (medical device or aerospace).
- 1+ year of experience working with Board Support Packages.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in both C++ and C programming languages.
- Experience with Embedded Linux.
- Experience with multithreaded programming.
- Proficiency with communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, and UART.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
