Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire the laundry team to achieve daily operational goals with efficiency and enthusiasm.
  • Ensure all linens are cleaned, pressed, and folded to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Coordinate and manage staff schedules to optimize productivity and maintain a balanced workload.
