Key Responsibilities for the Hotel Restaurant Cook include:
Food Preparation:
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to Embassy Suites by Hilton and Commonwealth Hotels recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines. This includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, and special events.
  • Station Management:
  • Set up, stock, and maintain workstations to meet kitchen demands during service hours (line cooking, buffet preparation, banquet cooking, etc.).

Health & Safety Compliance:
