Working side-by-side with the Front Desk Manager, youll help keep the front office running smoothly, making sure every guest is greeted with warmth, efficiency, and a touch of hospitality magic. Youll help drive room revenue, boost occupancy, and lead the team in delivering service that guests rave about. This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 2-year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience, or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience.
  • 3- 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, preferably with supervisory experience.
  • Effective in handling stressful, high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity.
  • Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.

This all-suite hotel offers a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast and an on-site restaurant, Porter Grill and Bar. The Logan Airport Embassy Suites features two-room suites with 2 HDTVs and a sofa bed. Guests can also take advantage of in-room microwaves and refrigerators as well as the free evening manager's reception, featuring light snack and nonalcoholic beverages. The hotel also features business facilities with a conference area for up to 300 guests. A fitness center, indoor pool and a whirlpool are also available.
