Job Title: Student Worker - EMBA Progam in Dallas
Job Classification: Business Operations, Student
Department: Hankamer School of Business Graduate Office

Pay Rate: $11.00/hr

  • In a student employee capacity, may perform or assist with specialized business or operational functions that contribute to departmental goals and initiatives.

Job Description:
The Executive MBA (EMBA) Student Worker helps support classes, events, faculty, and students during Executive MBA weekends and special program activities. EMBA classes are typically held one weekend each month.
Responsibilities
• Set up classrooms before class begins.
• Assist with room setup and cleanup, including arranging tables and chairs and moving supplies.
• Help with catering setup, refreshments, and event support.
• Welcome and assist students, prospective students, faculty, and guests.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the EMBA team.
• Assist with technology needs; experience with Canvas and Zoom is helpful.
• Take photos or videos during events if requested.
• Complete other tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
• Friendly and professional attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to lift and move light boxes and supplies.
• Experience with Canvas, Zoom, photography, or videography is a plus, but not required.
