Adapt Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to join our dynamic team. This position is 100% remote, enabling you to create a personal workspace conducive to providing high-quality therapy sessions. You will have the autonomy to design your schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, allowing a balance between professional and personal responsibilities. • Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video conferencing, ensuring a conducive and empathetic environment for adult clients.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to deliver integrated treatment plans that address individual needs.
• Utilize self-administered symptom assessments and functional outcome measures to track patient progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly.
• Stay informed and engage with continued training in our evidence-based frameworks, enhancing the effectiveness of your therapeutic approach.
• Provide timely feedback and support to clients, fostering a relationship that encourages openness and growth.

You will be primarily working with adult clients seeking to improve their mental health. Our patient population values empathy and understanding, and as a mental health counselor, your role is crucial in facilitating their journey towards self-awareness and healing. By providing virtual therapy tailored to individual needs, you will play a vital role in helping clients develop skills to manage mental health challenges effectively.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD is mandatory for this role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated advanced proficiency in navigating digital platforms, including Google Suite and electronic health records (EHRs).
• Professional presentation and a commitment to client confidentiality are essential.

• At least two years of experience providing telehealth therapy services, particularly to adolescents and young adults, is highly desirable.
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• A passion for ongoing professional development and learning new treatment modalities is encouraged.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
