Summary

The Marketing Content Specialist serves as the voice of the brand and manages the digital and physical presentation of Omega's homes and communities. This role combines content creation, brand engagement, and sales support to drive lead generation and ensure every home is market-ready and accurately represented across all platforms.


Essential Duties

Content Strategy & SEO

  • Develop SEO-optimized content for community pages, website blog posts, listing descriptions, and email marketing campaigns including drip, VIP, and inventory-focused sends
  • Coordinate with agency partners on technical SEO, online reputation management, and digital community engagement across review platforms and other channels
  • Manage website content updates to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and visual quality

Collateral

  •  Regularly support the production and maintenance of sales and marketing collateral including community materials, digital assets, and promotional content
  • Budget, source, and maintain branded merchandise and event materials
  • Assist in coordinating professional photography, and other content production needs

Brand Engagement

  • Assist with planning and executing marketing events including grand openings, realtor events, Parade of Homes, and community showcases
  • Nurture realtor relationships through targeted CRM outreach and event engagement

Sales & Systems Support

  • Build and maintain HubSpot email templates, automated drip campaigns, and lead-nurturing workflows
  • Communicate updates and marketing initiatives to the sales team
  • Analyze ROI and effectiveness of digital advertising, email, and social media campaigns
  • Handle routine administrative and reporting tasks, including recurring customer data management
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for various audiences
  • Graphic design proficiency, including experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva
  • Strong creative eye for residential design, photography, and brand aesthetics
  • Analytical ability to interpret performance metrics and refine content strategy
  • Highly organized self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration 
  • Experience with HubSpot or other email marketing platform 

This position in an onsite position, located in Temple, TX

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or real estate/homebuilding preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems a plus
