Full-time, Part-time

Re-posted 6 days ago

Job description

Growth and Email Campaign Specialist Remote (Nationwide*) $13.00 to $15.00 per hour

This is not a cold calling role. It is the role that makes the cold calling work.

iNX Commercial Cleaning Solutions is building our first-ever outbound sales team and we are looking for someone who loves working behind the scenes to make campaigns run right. If you have experience managing email campaigns, working with CRM or sales engagement platforms, building contact lists, and analyzing what is working and what is not, we want to hear from you.

As our Growth and Email Campaign Specialist you will own the mass email infrastructure for our outbound team. You will build and manage campaigns, maintain data quality, support our SDR team with accurate contact lists, and surface insights that help us improve performance over time. This is an operations-forward role for someone who takes pride in clean data, precise execution, and systems that actually work.

What you will be doing:

  • Building and managing outbound email sequences and campaigns
  • Conducting A/B and A/Z testing on subject lines, messaging, and send timing
  • Building and maintaining prospect lists using tools like Apollo and ZoomInfo
  • Managing data hygiene across contact records and campaign lists
  • Monitoring campaign performance and flagging issues proactively
  • Supporting the SDR team with validated contact information and list management
  • Assisting with reporting and performance dashboards for leadership

What we are looking for:

  • Experience with email campaigns, sales engagement platforms, or marketing operations
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, HubSpot preferred
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong data hygiene instincts
  • Self-directed and reliable, able to manage multiple active campaigns without constant oversight
  • Organized and proactive with a systems thinking mindset
  • Background in sales operations, marketing operations, or data analysis strongly preferred
  • No commercial cleaning experience required

Compensation and schedule: $13.00 to $15.00 per hour based on experience, with no commission requirement and merit-based raises tied to annual performance reviews. Full-time. Fully remote, working Pacific Time business hours, 8am to 5pm PT.

*Location eligibility: This role is open to candidates located in the United States where the posted compensation meets or exceeds applicable state and local minimum wage requirements. Due to compensation and employment law requirements, we are unable to consider candidates residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Montana, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington State, or Washington DC at this time. Some cities and counties maintain local minimum wage ordinances above our posted range, so candidates in those localities may not be eligible even where their state is listed as eligible. Location eligibility is confirmed during the application process.

This is a ground-floor opportunity with a growing company. If you are the person who makes things run right and wants to grow with a team that values your contribution, apply now.
