Proficiency in email marketing platforms (like Mailchimp or Salesforce Marketing Cloud), analytics tools, and sometimes certification in project management (PMP or similar) are commonly required. Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities help you collaborate with diverse teams and adapt to changing priorities. These skills ensure successful, timely execution of email campaigns that achieve business objectives and maximize customer engagement.
