HealthyLine is looking for an Email Marketing & CRM Manager with a specialization in health & wellness marketing to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for leveraging sophisticated email marketing strategies and CRM management to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in digital marketing, with a profound expertise in using Klaviyo and other CRM platforms to create impactful, data-driven campaigns that resonate with both B2B and B2C audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies to enhance engagement and drive sales, using Klaviyo to manage email campaigns and automate marketing communications.
  • Develop and execute aligned SMS strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate email/sms marketing with broader marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive communication strategy across all channels.
  • Manage and optimize CRM processes to improve customer data analysis and segmentation, facilitating targeted and personalized marketing efforts.
  • Oversee the creation of email content, including design, copywriting, and A/B testing to ensure high open and click-through rates.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of email marketing campaigns and CRM initiatives, using analytics to drive improvements and innovation in our approach.
