Job description

About the role

Auris runs HubSpot as its marketing system of record, connected to Salesforce via a native bidirectional sync. We are looking for a hands-on HubSpot specialist with a working knowledge of Salesforce to join the Marketing Operations team and help us get more out of the platform.

You will work closely with the Senior Director of Growth and support the broader marketing team - demand gen, content, events - in executing campaigns, maintaining data quality, and pulling the reporting that helps us understand what is working. This is a practical, execution-focused role. The Sr. Director sets the strategy and standards; you help carry them out and keep the system running well.

If you are someone who enjoys working inside HubSpot, has experience with working with Sales teams in Salesforce, takes pride in clean data and well-built workflows, and wants to grow your skills in a hands-on environment with a strong manager - this is a great fit.

HubSpot campaign execution and platform support

  • Build and launch campaigns in HubSpot - emails, landing pages, forms, lists, and automation workflows - following the standards set by the Sr. Director of Growth
  • QA campaigns before they go out: links, tokens, audience logic, suppression lists
  • Apply UTM conventions and attribution field standards consistently so data stays clean
  • Help maintain and improve nurture programs, drip sequences, and event follow-up workflows
  • Support form management across the site, including consent capture and compliance basics
  • Monitor email deliverability and flag issues for review
  • Build and monitor workflows that support Marketing and Sales operations, flagging issues and fixing flows as needed
  • Keep the HubSpot instance organized - naming conventions, workflow structure, property cleanliness - in line with team standards

Reporting and analytics support

  • Build and maintain HubSpot reports and dashboards covering campaign performance, funnel metrics, and lead quality
  • Collaborate with the broader RevOps team to ensure data is consistent between HubSpot and Salesforce, and can be properly queried and reported on from tools like PowerBI
  • Pull ad-hoc data requests for the marketing team and translate them into clean, readable outputs
  • Support attribution tracking and flag gaps
  • Help maintain data hygiene: duplicate checks, fill rate reviews, list cleanup

Documentation and process support

  • Document your work in Notion so configurations, changes, and decisions are captured and accessible
  • Keep the HubSpot data dictionary up to date as properties and workflows change
  • Support onboarding other marketing team members to HubSpot when needed
  • Be the keeper of core Marketing documentation, such as landing page URLs, campaign naming conventions, tracking and analytics processes, and more

Required

  • 3-5 years in Marketing Operations with a B2B company
  • 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience at Marketing Hub Pro or Enterprise level
  • HubSpot Marketing Software certification
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot-Salesforce sync behavior
  • Comfortable with marketing data
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Able to work independently on defined tasks while staying aligned with the team

Helpful but not required

  • Experience using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics, Meta tracking pixels, and other marketing advertising tracking technologies
  • Power BI, Tableau, or Looker experience
  • Apollo or another contact enrichment tool
  • GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM exposure
  • Basic SQL

What to expect

You will have a hands-on manager who has deep HubSpot expertise and will help you grow. The Senior Director will set direction, review your work, and give you clear feedback.

Success in your first 90 days

30 days: Comfortable navigating the HubSpot instance, familiar with critical workflows and fields, and understands standards.

60 days: Building and launching campaigns with light review and pulling reports independently.

90 days: Trusted to execute standard campaign types and assist with marketing operations requests with minimal oversight.
