Job description

MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Planning Future Current Operations Specialists to join our team in Oahu Hawaii and Dallas Texas. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Oversees the synchronization of complex logistics lifecycles including deliberate planning, procurement, and distribution strategies.
* Authorize strategic logistics models to optimize resource allocation across global networks.
* Validate the efficiency of operational workflows to ensure mission readiness and long-term sustainability.
* Manages the integration of future and current logistics operations to support mission objectives in contested environments.
* Authorize the development of Contingency Plans for expeditionary logistics across the Pacific region.
* Serve as the final Technical Authority for logistics synchronization during multinational theater exercises and crisis response.
* Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
NOTE: Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications and experience. Please see below. Minimum Qualifications: Lead Level * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field and 12+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of experience).
* Must demonstrate Strategic Authority in operational planning and act as the Functional Lead for program-level logistics deliverables. Senior Level * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of experience).
* Must demonstrate experience in formal document approval and acting as the Functional Lead for operational planning deliverables. Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree in a related field.
* Professional certification such as PMP or specialized military planning credentials (e.g., JPME).
* Extensive experience in USPACOM or USSOCOM deliberate planning cycles.
Clearance Required: * Must hold an active Secret Clearance Physical Requirements: * The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
* Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
