Job description

Phone Home Leads helps insurance agencies grow through highly targeted prospect data, lead-generation solutions, and personalized direct-mail marketing.

We're looking for a hands-on Email & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist whose primary responsibility is simple:

Acquire more customers, retain more customers, and generate measurable revenue through email.

This is not a position for someone whose email marketing experience consists primarily of creating newsletters or scheduling occasional promotional blasts.

We need someone who understands customer journeys, segmentation, automation, direct-response copy, deliverability, testing, data and conversion.

Responsibilities

Develop outbound and nurture campaigns targeting insurance agents and other qualified prospects.

  • Create multi-email sequences that move prospects from awareness to interest to booked demo/conversation to customer.
  • Segment prospects based on company, market, behavior, engagement, product interest and stage in the sales funnel.
  • Write compelling subject lines, email copy and calls to action.
  • Develop campaigns around product launches, promotions, case studies, testimonials and customer success stories.
  • Identify opportunities to re-engage prospects who previously expressed interest but never purchased.
  • Coordinate email campaigns with the sales team's outreach strategy.
  • Develop campaigns supporting conferences, webinars, promotions and other lead-generation initiatives.
  • Continuously improve conversion from email engagement to sales opportunities.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on email, lifecycle, CRM or retention marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience building automated email sequences.
  • Experience with CRM/email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel or similar.
  • Strong direct-response copywriting ability.
  • Experience with audience segmentation and personalization.
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability.
  • Experience running A/B tests and using results to improve campaigns.
  • Ability to interpret campaign and customer data.
  • Experience connecting marketing activity to revenue or sales outcomes.
  • Strong attention to detail and QA.
