What does an email marketing program manager do?

An Email Marketing Program Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive business goals. They develop strategies, manage email lists, segment audiences, create content, and analyze campaign performance. Their role often involves collaborating with creative, sales, and analytics teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective targeting. Email Marketing Program Managers often collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to launch successful campaigns.
