If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, testing new ideas, leveraging AI and marketing technology, and using data to improve performance, we'd love to hear from you.

Why Join RSNA?

At RSNA, you'll be part of an organization that advances the field of radiology and supports a global community of healthcare professionals through education, research, and innovation. Our employees enjoy meaningful work, collaborative teams, and opportunities to make a measurable impact.

What You'll Do

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the execution, optimization, and reporting of email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
  • Build, test, schedule, and deploy campaigns in HubSpot while ensuring brand consistency, accuracy, and a positive user experience.
  • Apply industry best practices for deliverability, compliance, and audience engagement.

Audience Segmentation & Automation

  • Develop and manage audience segmentation strategies using demographic, behavioral, and engagement data.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize automated marketing workflows, lead nurturing programs, and customer journeys.
  • Test and quality-assure emails, workflows, forms, and lists to ensure seamless performance.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance and key metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Build dashboards and reports that translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct testing and optimization efforts to continuously improve engagement, conversion, and retention.

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Explore emerging HubSpot features, AI tools, automation opportunities, and industry trends that enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Maintain documentation and support consistent campaign processes and best practices.

Event Support

  • Support RSNA's annual meeting at McCormick Place in Chicago each fall.

What You Bring
