THE WORK:
We are growing, and so is the breadth and depth of our marketing programs, with AI at the core of how we scale. We are looking for a highly motivated, diligent, and data-driven Associate Email Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. Reporting into the Director, Marketing Operations and Demand Generation, this role will help build and optimize email marketing campaigns that educate, engage, and convert our target audiences and ideal customer persona across the full buyer and customer lifecycle.
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of email and nurture programs, ensuring campaigns are aligned with GTM strategy and regional requirements. You'll partner closely with Growth Marketing, Content, Communications, Events, Product Marketing, Sales etc. to deliver timely and relevant messaging to our target audience across funnel stages. You'll also be a practitioner and champion of AI-powered tools - using them to accelerate content creation, personalization, and campaign optimization at scale.
You'll use data to continuously improve engagement and lead quality, support scalable lifecycle programs, and help ensure our email engine drives measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns for lead nurture, product updates, and prospect and customer engagement.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, or similar) to uplevel and accelerate campaign build, production, personalization, and A/B test iteration and reporting.
  • Write and refine high-performing email copy across the lifecycle-from top-of-funnel awareness and education to product adoption and expansion.
  • Adapt tone and messaging by persona, industry, funnel stage, and region while maintaining brand voice and consistency.
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, preview text, copy, CTAs, and timing to improve email performance.
  • Use a marketing automation platform (Pardot/Account Engagement, HubSpot) to implement campaigns end-to-end.
  • Analyze and share performance metrics (open rates, CTR, CVR, MQL, and pipeline impact) frequently.
  • Collaborate with Marcomms, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive, customer-first messaging.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and industry best-practices- including emerging standards around AI-generated content transparency and data usage.
  • Support data hygiene, segmentation, and scalable email program design.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • 3+ years of proven track record in email, lifecycle, or marketing operations roles.
  • Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platforms (Account Engagement (Pardot), HubSpot etc.). Experience with AI features of these tools is a plus.
  • Proven ability to write clear, persuasive, and conversion-focused email copy.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, nurture programs, and B2B buying journeys.
  • Strong grasp of messaging frameworks, and value-based writing and comfortable writing for different personas and stages of the funnel.
  • Experience testing and iterating on copy using data and insights.
  • Ability to translate metrics into a story and share insights that position email campaigns as an impactful channel for moving pipeline.
  • Seasoned in process implementation and improvements for increasing program efficiency.
  • Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional, fast-paced environments.

For positions that will be based in NY, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant's experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.

$115,000-$130,000 USD
