Summary
Pioneer Millworks seeks a Social Media and Marketing Specialist to bring more consistency, discipline, and creativity to our marketing execution. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, visually minded, detail-oriented, and strong in day-to-day follow-through.
As we continue refining our brand and website experience, this role will help bring that work to life through organized content execution, social media support, and strong marketing coordination.
This person will play a central role in planning and executing PMWโs social media and content calendar, helping tell the story of our products, projects, people, and values in a way that feels polished, credible, and human. The role includes content coordination, social media management, content gathering, communication support, marketing operations, and launch support.
This is a hybrid position with three days per week in our McMinnville office and a flexible, shared workspace arrangement.

What Youโll Do
Social media and content calendar execution
- Own the day-to-day implementation of PMWโs social media and content calendar
- Schedule and publish content through HubSpot and other relevant platforms
- Maintain a steady, organized cadence of posts across channels
- Coordinate content themes, deadlines, approvals, and posting schedules
- Ensure content aligns with current campaigns, product priorities, launches, and seasonal initiatives
Content gathering and visual storytelling
- Photograph products, people, processes, and in-house moments when needed
- Gather and organize project imagery from internal teams, customers, partners, photographers, and other external sources
- Maintain an organized library of usable content assets
- Identify content opportunities from projects, launches, events, customer stories, and product highlights
- Support basic caption writing, content packaging, and post preparation
Community management and communication support
- Monitor incoming social media messages and comments
- Respond when appropriate and triage inquiries to the right internal team members
- Help ensure timely, thoughtful communication with customers, partners, and prospects
- Flag trends, recurring questions, and issues that need internal attention
Marketing coordination and execution support
- Assist with email production, content preparation, and campaign coordination
- Support CMS entry and website content updates
- Help with event preparation, logistics, and follow-through
- Support product launch execution, including internal coordination and asset readiness
- Assist with marketing project coordination, timelines, checklists, and task follow-up
- Help keep marketing materials and content organized, accurate, and up to date

- PMW has a more consistent and organized social media presence
- Content is scheduled on time and reflects the quality of the brand
- Visual assets are better gathered, labeled, and used
- Social inquiries are monitored and handled professionally
- Marketing projects, launches, and events run with better coordination
- The team has stronger executional support across content, email, CMS, and launch logistics
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or marketing coordination
- Experience managing or implementing a social media calendar for a brand or business
- Experience scheduling posts and managing workflows in HubSpot or similar platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and follow-through
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable coordinating across multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to gather, organize, and work with visual content
- Confidence working independently while also collaborating across teams
- Experience with content management systems and basic website updates preferred
- Experience supporting email marketing, launches, or events preferred
- Photography or content capture experience a plus
- Experience in interiors, architecture, building products, design, manufacturing, or a related industry a plus

Work Location and Schedule
This is a hybrid role with three in-office days per week in McMinnville. The in-person component is important for collaboration, content gathering, and coordination with internal teams. Due to current office capacity, this role will operate in a flexible, shared workspace.
