  • Help keep marketing materials and content organized, accurate, and up to date

What Success Looks Like

  • PMW has a more consistent and organized social media presence
  • Content is scheduled on time and reflects the quality of the brand
  • Visual assets are better gathered, labeled, and used
  • Social inquiries are monitored and handled professionally
  • Marketing projects, launches, and events run with better coordination
  • The team has stronger executional support across content, email, CMS, and launch logistics

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or marketing coordination
  • Experience managing or implementing a social media calendar for a brand or business
  • Experience scheduling posts and managing workflows in HubSpot or similar platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and follow-through
