Job description

JM Test Systems is amulti-division metrology, calibration, repair, and electrical safety testingcompany serving industrial, utility, and energy customers across the U.S. andCanada. We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who's ready to own the day-to-dayexecution of our brand and demand-generation efforts, and who thrives onturning data into decisions.
This is a hands-on,ownership-driven role for someone who wants a seat at the table, not just aseat at the desk. You'll drive our social presence, run point on 30+ tradeshows a year, and use Excel and reporting tools to translate performance datainto recommendations that move the needle.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
• Brand stewardship: Serve as the internal guardrail for our brand,ensuring every customer-facing asset - from spec sheets to social posts -sticks to brand and messaging guidelines across all divisions.
• Social media: Own our social calendar and planned posting cadenceend-to-end, keeping every post aligned to our core messaging and voice.
• Data & reporting: Pull performance data and trends fromLinkedIn and other channels, build reports using Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables,charts/graphs), and translate the numbers into clear, actionablerecommendations.
• Presentation: Build and deliver polished PowerPoint presentationsthat communicate campaign performance and marketing initiatives to sales andleadership.
• Email marketing: Build and manage campaigns and automation flowsin Klaviyo, segmented by customer type and product line.
• Trade show execution: Own enrollment and budget management for a30+ show annual calendar - sourcing and interpreting exhibitor guides,understanding furnished vs. unfurnished booth space, and coordinating logisticsdirectly with Sales.
• CRM fluency: Use our CRM to track leads, campaigns, and customertouchpoints, and understand how marketing activity connects to the salespipeline.
• Cross-functional partnership: Work directly with Sales anddivision leaders to keep messaging aligned with what's happening in the field.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, orrelated field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-4+ years of marketing experience; B2B, industrial, ortechnical/equipment industries a strong plus
• Proven self-starter who takes ownership of projects and drivesthem to completion without heavy oversight
• Excel-proficient, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and buildingcharts/graphs to surface trends
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a comparable email marketingplatform
• Comfortable managing a busy trade show calendar (budget,enrollment, logistics) - 30+ events/year
• Confident presenter, skilled in building presentations inPowerPoint
• Working knowledge of a CRM and how it supports the sales-marketingrelationship
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to translate technicalconcepts into clear, customer-facing content
