We are looking for a Senior Email Marketing Manager to join our team!

You will play an important role in planning, coordinating and executing the day to day email marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast paced environment.

More specifically, you will:

  • Email campaign creation, including brief setup, copy implementation, and coordination with design
  • Email scheduling and deployment to ensure campaigns and flows launch on time
  • Manage email lists and segmentation within Klaviyo
  • Building and updating automated email flows
  • A/B testing for subject lines, content, and layouts to improve performance
  • Track and report on email performance metrics and assist with identifying optimization opportunities
  • SMS marketing execution, including campaign and flow builds, brief setup, scheduling, and reporting
  • QA processes to ensure accuracy, formatting, links, and deliverability best practices
  • Maintain email and SMS calendars, documentation, and workflows
  • Stay up-to-date on email and SMS marketing best practices and emerging trends


    Requirements:

    • 3+ year of experience in email marketing and ecommerce
    • Experience using Klaviyo (must-have)
    • Experience with SMS (a plus)
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking and measuring campaign performance
    • Highly detail-oriented with excellent communication and project management skills
    • Marketing certificate or degree is a plus
    • Strong command and understanding of email marketing KPIs, metrics and technology
