Position Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Licensing Support Specialist to provide administrative and customer service support for licensing renewal operations. This position serves as the primary point of contact for renewal-related inquiries, portal access issues, and general licensing support while assisting with administrative tasks to ensure efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls related to renewal applications, portal login issues, and general portal navigation.
  • Monitor and respond to voicemail messages and licensing-related email inquiries.
  • Assist licensees with account access, login troubleshooting, payment concerns, and portal navigation.
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service via phone and email.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate staff when necessary.
  • Assist with renewal processing and other licensing-related administrative tasks as workload permits.
  • Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, correspondence preparation, and record maintenance.
  • Provide support across departments to help manage workload demands and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, call volume, and issue resolutions.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and records.
