Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
  • Prepare auction listings by organizing seller-submitted data and photos in accordance with Bring a Trailer standards
  • Coordinate with sellers and internal teams to incorporate updates and ensure listing accuracy and completeness
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers during the pre-auction phase, delivering timely and professional communication
  • Provide high-quality customer support by answering questions, offering guidance, and addressing concerns with empathy
  • Manage and prioritize a high-volume pipeline of listings at various stages to meet daily production goals
  • Track listings through internal systems and act as the subject matter expert on each listing's history
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth transition from listing creation to auction launch
  • Contribute to special projects and process improvements as needed

Qualifications (What We're Looking For)
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, content production, technical writing, automotive services, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to present detailed information clearly and accurately
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and a professional, approachable communication style
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and build trust with stakeholders
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate challenges independently while knowing when to escalate
  • Interest in or knowledge of collector cars and automotive culture; hands-on automotive experience is a plus
  • Adaptable, proactive, and eager to support evolving team and business needs

The base salary for this role is $66,000-$70,000. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
