About Hearst Magazines (Why Us?)
Hearst Magazines is one of the world's largest publishers of magazine media across all platforms. With 30 brands in the U.S., we inspire, entertain, and create meaningful experiences for audiences everywhere.
Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
  • Support the Entertainment Director in developing presentations and decks for prospective talent bookings and editorial opportunities.
  • Coordinate with editorial, social, photo, and video teams to track talent logistics, including availability, sizing, glam preferences, scheduling, and other shoot needs.
  • Partner with the Marketing team on ELLE's Women in Hollywood event execution, supporting talent bookings, presenter needs, scheduling, and event logistics.

  • 1+ years of relevant experience supporting entertainment, editorial, talent booking, events, or a related area; internship, freelance, and staff experience are all welcome.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence collaborating across teams and following up with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to prioritize competing needs and stay detail-oriented in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
  • A genuine passion for editorial culture and a strong working knowledge of entertainment trends across film, television, music, and the broader cultural landscape.
  • Talent booking, assistant, or entertainment-industry experience is preferred.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and sound judgment when handling time-sensitive talent information and logistics.
  • This is a remote position.

The base pay rate for this role is $20 per hour. This position is not eligible for bonus or commission compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
