ELL Liaisons help coordinate language services, communicate important information to families, and advocate for students' needs. Their goal is to promote academic success and cultural understanding for ELL students.

How does an ELL liaison typically collaborate with teachers and families to support English language learners?

An ELL Liaison works closely with classroom teachers to ensure that English Language Learners (ELLs) receive appropriate instructional support and accommodations. They often facilitate communication between families and the school, helping to bridge language and cultural barriers.
