Join the Ted Britt Ford Pro Elite Commercial Truck Repair Center as a Service Advisor! We are seeking a customer-focused, organized professional to support our growing commercial truck service operation. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and experience working with fleet and commercial vehicle customers.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally.
  • Write repair orders accurately based on customer concerns and technician findings.
  • Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and completion timelines to customers.
  • Coordinate workflow between customers, technicians, and parts department personnel.
  • Monitor repair progress and provide status updates to customers.
  • Review completed repair orders for accuracy and ensure all work is properly documented.
  • Assist with warranty and fleet account documentation as required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and fleet clients.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous automotive or commercial truck service advisor experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Experience with dealership management systems preferred.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
