Job description

Mission
Foresight empowers project leaders overseeing $100B+ capital programs to eliminate schedule blind spots and stay ahead of risk before delays become disasters. Our mission is simple: give infrastructure teams the clarity, predictive intelligence, and confidence to deliver complex projects on time, every time. In high-stakes construction, the greatest risk isn't complexity - it's reacting too late.
Forward Delivery Manager
This is not customer support. This is not traditional account management. This is a high-leverage strategic leadership role embedded at the center of some of the world's largest infrastructure and AI-driven construction programs. You will work directly with executives responsible for billions in capital deployment, helping them identify risks before they compound into missed timelines, blown budgets, and operational failures. You will operate as a trusted advisor, strategic operator, and force multiplier across customer organizations.
What You'll Do
  • Own and lead 5-8 strategic enterprise accounts across hyperscale infrastructure and mission-critical construction programs
  • Act as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, driving operational clarity and decision-making at the highest levels
  • Translate AI-driven platform insights into actionable recommendations across scheduling, forecasting, capital allocation, and risk mitigation
  • Anticipate customer challenges 12-18 months ahead and proactively architect solutions before problems surface
  • Operate like a Chief of Staff within customer environments, aligning executives, operators, contractors, and technical teams around delivery outcomes
  • Lead high-pressure conversations when projects drift off course; calm, direct, solutions-oriented leadership is mandatory
  • Drive measurable customer impact, including reduced delays, stronger forecasting accuracy, and improved project predictability

Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • MBA is required from a top-tier university or a globally respected program
  • 4-8 years of experience in management consulting, enterprise strategy, customer success, operational leadership, or strategic account management
  • Experience operating in highly ambiguous, fast-moving environments with the ability to create structure where none exists
  • Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to connect operational execution to economic impact
  • Exceptional communication skills: concise, polished, credible, and influential under pressure
  • Comfortable with challenging assumptions and pushing senior stakeholders when necessary
  • Highly proactive with strong intellectual curiosity; you identify problems before others see them
  • Deep knowledge in AI, infrastructure, data centers, and the future of large-scale project delivery
  • High ownership mentality with a bias toward action, accountability, and execution
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders alike

Nice to Have
  • Experience at elite consulting firms such as McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, or Accenture
  • Background in infrastructure, construction, energy, AI, or hyperscale data center environments
  • Experience in early-stage, high-growth SaaS or AI startups
  • Former athlete, military background, or demonstrated track record of elite discipline and resilience

Why This Role Exists
AI is reshaping the world, but AI infrastructure is being bottlenecked by project delivery. Data centers, energy systems, and large-scale builds continue to run late and over budget, creating billions in downstream consequences.
Foresight is building the operating system for predictive infrastructure delivery.
You will help define how the next generation of critical infrastructure gets built.
