What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Elevatus (HR Technology Specialist), and why are they important?

To thrive as an HR Technology Specialist (such as those working with Elevatus), you need a solid background in human resources, talent acquisition, and a relevant degree in HR or IT. Familiarity with HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), AI-driven recruitment tools, and certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR are highly valuable. Collaboration with product, customer success, and technical teams is key to resolving complex cases efficiently and ensuring a seamless client experience.
