Job Responsibilities

As an Internet Fulfillment Associate, you will process internet orders on a daily basis by pulling items from the selling floor. You will physically move merchandise from departments and stockrooms to the internet room, and package merchandise for shipping directly to customers.

Job Requirements

Successful candidates for the Internet Fulfillment Associate role should have the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Additional requirements of the Internet Fulfillment Associate include:

  • Prior retail sales experience and/or customer service experience, preferred

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Computer literate

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to operate freight elevator, lifting (up to 75 lbs.) and frequent walking/standing.

  • Available to work varied days and hours as work schedule requires, including evenings and weekends
