TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Director- Finance in Germantown, TN.

Responsible for working collaboratively with other leaders of the North America Production & Supply Chain team and other executive leadership to ensure key metrics, events and financial reports are developed and presented in an organized, efficient and understandable format. Further, the role will drive and support planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting of financial information including performance analytics. Provide business insights, developing and publishing Operating Unit (BU) presentations to BU and global stakeholders, budget and forecasts, and operating unit commentary to business unit and global audiences. Will own the FP&A for the North America Production & Supply chain which includes manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and sourcing. Help plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives while organizing and facilitating cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Will collaborate across the organization.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION
  • Lead the design and implementation of new leading-edge technologies, methods, and techniques to challenge internal thinking.
  • Works with stake holders to develop and manage budgets, approves final budget submission, and holds staff accountable for overall adherence to financial objectives.
  • Accountable for overall budget finalization and communication.
  • Develop a coaching strategy for team members to achieve or exceed goals and objectives.
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to gain a deep understanding of operational and financial processes.
  • Provide value added financial analysis to assist management in strategic planning and decision making. Identify and assemble KPIโ€™s of significance to the business.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team of managers and individual contributors.
  • Strong understanding of financial modelling and reporting and the ability to recruit and develop a team to implement modelling requirements.
  • Lead cross functional projects.
  • Ability to apply GAAP and IFRS knowledge to business scenarios.
  • Proven business acumen and business management.
  • Ability to implement organizational vision and strategy.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • MBA, CPA, preferred
  • 3 years Public Accounting Experience, preferred
  • 10 years experience in a financial managerial role.
  • 5 years experience leading large multi-national projects and people management.
  • Experience with financial modelling, reporting.
  • Comfortable working with extremely sensitive data and the ability to maintain a high degree of discretion.
