Job description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, this is a full-time position that requires 35-40 hours/week in our Burlingame office. We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on front-end website design and management, SEO optimization, and digital marketing activities. You will also be responsible for creating and managing marketing email campaigns, including content development, email design, and overall email management. Working closely with our management and Marketing Division, you will design, maintain, and optimize our official website, enhance online visibility, and develop engaging digital content that drives traffic, customer engagement, and brand growth.
Responsibilities
  • Design, update, and manage front-end website pages to ensure a professional and optimized user experience
  • Maintain and update the company's official website and blog on a regular basis
  • Implement and monitor SEO strategies, including keyword ranking optimization
  • Research health insurance market trends and provide actionable insights
  • Support digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads across different platforms
  • Collaborate with the marketing division to develop and execute content strategies

Requirements/Qualifications/Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or related fields
  • Proven experience in web design and layout
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SEO and keyword optimization
  • UI/UX design experience
  • Familiarity with SEMrush, WordPress, and Elementor
