As an Industrial Painter, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our cranes, heavy haul equipment, and custom fabrication projects are protected, professional, and ready for the field.
What You'll Do
This is a hands-on position where you'll see the results of your work every day while supporting a wide variety of equipment and projects across the company.
  • Prepare equipment and components for painting through surface preparation, blasting, and finishing processes.
  • Apply industrial coatings using conventional spray equipment, pressure pot systems, cup guns, and electrostatic paint systems.
  • Paint and refinish a variety of heavy equipment, fabricated components, and specialty machinery.
  • Operate and maintain equipment such as forklifts, compressors, blasting equipment, and paint systems.
  • Work closely with shop leadership and team members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Contribute ideas that improve shop efficiency, quality, and safety.

What You Bring
Required:
  • Experience with industrial painting and coating application.
  • Knowledge of paint preparation, surface preparation, and finishing techniques.
  • Ability to operate or learn equipment such as forklifts, blasting equipment, and paint systems.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and organized work environment.

Preferred:
  • Experience with pressure pot, cup-style, and electrostatic paint systems.
  • Previous experience painting industrial equipment, heavy machinery, or fabricated steel components.
  • Familiarity with sandblasting and surface preparation processes.
