Product Development Engineer
Marlborough, MA
Seeking a hands-on engineer to drive product and application development in electroplating chemistry and alloy applications. This role involves process optimization, experimental design, and technical documentation, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and optimization of electroplating chemistry products and processes, including establishing control ranges and maintenance procedures.
- Conduct chemistry operations, analysis, and maintenance to ensure process reliability and quality.
- Scale up processes and troubleshoot technical issues to support manufacturing and application needs.
- Develop and optimize alloy applications, including test method development and meeting customer specifications.
- Design, execute, and document experimental plans for process and product development.
- Operate and maintain process equipment, ensuring proper function and safety.
- Perform materials inspection and failure analysis to support quality and reliability objectives.
