About CRDN

At CRDN, we help restore what matters most. As a trusted leader in restoration services, we specialize in cleaning and restoring textiles, electronics, and contents after fire or water damage. Our work brings comfort and relief to families and businesses - and every member of our team plays a part in that mission.

Our culture is built on teamwork, communication, empathy, and a positive attitude. If you're organized, reliable, and take pride in doing things right, you'll fit right in.

Position Overview

As anInhouse Support Technician, you'll help keep our warehouse operations, contents processing, and electronics testing running smoothly. You'll work hands-on with inventory, ensure accurate documentation, assist with deliveries, and support the overall organization and flow of our facility.

This is an active, fast-paced role where attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability make all the difference.

What You'll Do

  • Receive and scan pallets into production; verify inventory accuracy.
  • Create pallet tickets and wrap, label, and stage completed pallets for storage.
  • Locate and test electronics; document results and non-restorable items.
  • Process rush jobs and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Oversee tool check-in/check-out and perform weekly inventory verification.
  • Assist with deliveries, lifting, wrapping, and general warehouse tasks.
  • Identify damaged or ozone-eligible items and ensure proper handling.
  • Provide backup support in the warehouse when team members are out.

What You'll Learn

Your first 90 days are focused on learning, growth, and hands-on experience:

  • First 30 Days:Learn CRDN systems, workflows, and warehouse processes.
  • Days 31-60:Take ownership of pallet scanning, documentation, and testing tasks.
  • Days 61-90:Work independently, improve workflows, and help train new team members.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfortable using technology (email, inventory systems, scanning tools).
  • Able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs safely.
  • Dependable, positive, and team-oriented.
  • Forklift or pallet jack experience a plus.

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Supportive team culture built on trust and communication.
  • Opportunities for growth and cross-training across departments.
  • A company that values doing the right thing - for customers and each other.
  • Meaningful work that helps families and businesses recover after loss.
