What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a General Warehouse Worker, you’ll play a vital role in our daily operations. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: - Sort and organize electronic equipment and materials. - Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers. - Pack, label, and prepare products and materials for shipment. - Move materials throughout the warehouse using carts, pallet jacks, and other equipment. - Assist with dismantling and processing electronic equipment when needed. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines. - Properly handle and separate different types of electronic materials. - Assist with inventory tasks, including counting, labeling, and organizing warehouse materials. - Communicate safety concerns, damaged materials, or equipment issues to management. - Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For: Qualifications

We’re seeking individuals who bring a strong work ethic and a positive attitude to the table. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: - Experience: At least 1 year of warehouse, production, recycling, or manufacturing experience is preferred. - Physical Ability: Comfortable standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving materials throughout the workday. - Reliability: Dependable attendance and punctuality are a must. - Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Communication Skills: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. - Safety First: Willingness to follow all workplace safety procedures.

Work Environment

This is a hands-on position in a busy warehouse setting. You’ll be working around electronic equipment, pallets, and machinery, so maintaining a professional, safe, and productive environment is key.
