A key challenge is aligning these groups on project timelines and technical requirements, as each may have different priorities or constraints. Effective communication and proactive problem-solving are essential to keep everyone on the same page and to mitigate risks related to delays or miscommunication. Building strong relationships and facilitating regular check-ins can greatly help in overcoming these hurdles and ensuring project success.
