Job Summary:
Aequor is seeking a Project Manager for their Global Procurement e-Invoicing Program and Transformation Projects. The role involves leading initiatives to expand electronic invoicing capabilities globally while ensuring compliance with regulations, requiring strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead end-to-end delivery of global e-invoicing initiatives, including planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
โ€ข Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status reporting.
โ€ข Coordinate multiple workstreams and dependencies across regions, functions, and external partners.
โ€ข Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and roadblocks.
โ€ข Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
โ€ข Partner with Global Procurement, Tax, Finance, and external advisors to understand evolving country-specific e-invoicing regulations and mandates.
โ€ข Establish governance processes to assess regulatory changes and prioritize implementation activities.
โ€ข Coordinate compliance-related system enhancements, testing, and deployment activities.
โ€ข Maintain documentation, controls, and audit readiness related to e-invoicing processes and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Experience managing global business process, finance transformation, ERP, or compliance-related projects.
โ€ข Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
โ€ข Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple functions.
โ€ข Experience working with external vendors, consultants, and technology providers.
โ€ข Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
