Job Summary

The Brand and Product Marketing Manager, nLight and Software, reporting to the Director of Marketing Controls Electronics, is responsible for developing and assessing the brand and product positioning messages, audience-based communications including promotional programs, and product releases. The Brand and Product Marketing Manager is a curious, productivity-oriented and results driven individual with strong project management skills, who leverages data, research, understanding and collaboration to formulate recommendations and drive action plans to on-point messaging, on-time delivery, and on-budget. Responsible for assessing the nLight & Software brand, product, and customer value within the ecosystem within the lighting controls and connected building ecosystem to develop clear positioning, compelling messaging, and effective communication strategies. This role articulates brand and product value consistently through asset creation and communication tactics, while delivering on company, team, and personal performance objectives in collaboration with marketing, product management, sales, and other cross-functional partners.

Ability to collaborate effectively with product management, sales, creative, digital, channel, and cross-functional teams. Experience using data, VOC, campaign metrics, and market insights to inform marketing recommendations. Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, enhance marketing content, and support preferred data-informed decision-making.
