Job Summary: Field Sales Manager, Hamilton

Location: Hamilton, Ontario

Employment Type: Part time (Saturday and Sunday afternoon)

Salary: $24.00/hr - $27.00/hr starting salary based on experience


The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for building relationships and brand awareness and increasing sales inside Best Buy stores on behalf of our client.

The ideal candidate is a โ€œpeople-personโ€ who can cultivate relationships and build excitement about the clientโ€™s brand and products. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to create thoughtful and positive interactions with both store associates and prospective customers alike. The Field Sales Manager will leverage relationships to aid in selling, training, and merchandising products throughout the specified market. All product training will be provided, we just need you to bring your personality and positive energy.

 

Day-in-the-Life as a Field Sales Manager

  • Work period for your shift is Saturday and Sunday afternoon
  • Maintain and refresh the product displays
  • Build partnerships and trust with key stakeholders inside of stores, including shoppers and retail associates
  • Leverage relationship building to educate retail associates on the latest offerings
  • Ensure clientsโ€™ retail brand standards are maintained by regularly inspecting all Sales displays and marketing
  • Incentives will be provided based on designated sales goal performance for clientโ€™s products

 

Details:

  • Job Type: Day shift, Part-time
  • Start is mid-Aug 2026
  • Work will be weekly on Saturdays and Sundays

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary is preferred.
  • A minimum of 6 monthsโ€™ experience in sales, electronics, telecom is preferred.
  • Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
  • High energy and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Availability to work weekends and three one-time weekday shifts required.
  • Own a smartphone with data plan. Sales Reps will be provided a stipend for data
  • Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pickup, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation (Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions).
  • Certain markets require the representative to have a car. Must have reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits, in remaining markets
