Job Summary:
A Marine Electrical Services company in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Service Manager to join their team and oversee 7 Marine Technicians. The company provides services to yachts, mega yachts, cruise ships, and commercial vehicles. The position is primarily responsible for supervising technical personnel,
supporting customer satisfaction, profitability, estimating and planning of work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily service operations and 7 field electrical personnel.
- Generate scopes & estimates of marine electrical and automation projects.
- Coordinate manpower, scheduling, project execution, materials, subcontractors, and resource allocation.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to field personnel
- Monitor technician utilization, scheduling efficiency, project execution, and operational performance.
- Develop and implement process improvements
- Build and maintain strong customer and industry relationships.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Service Manager in marine OR industrial electronics
- Previous leadership experience managing technical personnel.
- U.S. Passport for international travel
