Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Avionics or Electronics Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with electronic systems, excellent diagnostic skills, and a strong understanding of industry standards and safety protocols. Experience in the aviation sector and familiarity with FAA regulations is highly desirable.


Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and work from technical drawings, schematics, CMMs, and detailed work instructions

  • Use standard electronics bench test equipment including:

    • Spectrum Analyzers

    • Oscilloscopes (O-scopes)

    • Multimeters

    • Power Supplies

  • Conduct troubleshooting, repair, and testing of electronic or avionics systems

  • Ensure compliance with applicable FAA regulations and standards (FAR 145 knowledge is a plus)

  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and documentation

  • Navigate computer systems and web-based platforms efficiently

  • Communicate effectively with team members and OEMs, as needed


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Aviation OEMs is highly desirable

  • A&P License and/or Aircraft Electronics Technician (AET) Certification is a plus

  • Strong understanding of FAA requirements for Part 145 repair stations

  • Prior experience in avionics installation or electronic system repair (3–5 years preferred)
