Production Associate - Electronics Manufacturing

What You'll Do
  • Assemble electrical and electro-mechanical products using work instructions, drawings, schematics, and specifications. • Perform cable harnessing, wiring, crimping, soldering, mechanical assembly, labeling, inspection, and testing. • Verify your own work meets quality requirements before moving it to the next operation. • Maintain accurate production records and product traceability. • Work safely while keeping your work area clean and organized. • Communicate issues early and work with teammates to solve problems.

  • High school diploma or GED. • One year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred. • Ability to read and follow work instructions and assembly drawings. • Experience using hand tools; soldering/electronics assembly is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods. • Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR/EAR requirements.
